Patrick Guzan
Owner & President
Patrick’s leadership is shaped by his six years of service in the Naval Nuclear Engineering Program, where he operated nuclear reactors on submarines as an active-duty sailor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Everglades University and has six years of experience managing commercial and residential construction projects. His disciplined approach and strategic vision are the driving forces behind our company’s success.
Richard S. Guzan
Operations Manager & Owner
With a background in operations management at one of the largest underground utility companies globally, Richard ensures that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. His expertise in logistical planning and operational strategy keeps our projects on track and under budget.
Jonathon Guzan
Director of Construction & Owner
Jonathon served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps, earning rapid promotions due to his exceptional leadership skills. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and has three years of commercial and residential construction management experience. Jonathon brings a strong work ethic and leadership mindset to every project.
Thomas Snead Jr. (TJ)
Director of Landscaping & Irrigation & Owner
Thomas is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with six years of landscaping and irrigation experience across the Southeast. His commitment to precision and excellence ensures that every landscaping and irrigation project is executed to the highest standards.
Richard A. Guzan (Rich)
Owner & Advisor
With over 20 years of construction and real estate development experience and 15 years of upper-level management expertise, Richard plays a pivotal advisory role. He is the former owner of a successful framing and trim carpentry company and was the Operations Director of the University of North Carolina’s Emergency Life Flight Program. Currently, he owns and operates SME Aviation Inc., a national real estate development firm specializing in aviation-specific properties. Richard’s wealth of knowledge and strategic insight contribute significantly to our company’s growth and direction.
